Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of desktop scanners, digital photography etc, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen as an exact colour of the product. We strive to make our colours as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. All colours are approximations of actual colours.



Polyflor Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to Mercado and HFD Scotland customers who make a qualifying purchase during the promotional period. By participating, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotional Period
The promotion begins on Monday 18th May and ends at 23:59 (local time) on Friday 29th May, unless otherwise stated. Orders placed outside this window are not eligible. Orders need to be delivered by Friday 29th May to qualify.

3. Offer Details
The promotion applies only to Polysafe Standard 2mm and Polysafe Wood FX only. Any full rolls (20lin metres) purchased and invoiced between promotional period date will qualify for £10 Love 2 Shop voucher.

Love 2 Shop vouchers will be processed after 29th May and qualifying vouchers received by no later than 31st August 2026.

4. Order Requirements
All orders must be fully paid at the time of purchase to qualify. Any failed or incomplete payment may result in cancellation or delays.

5. Delivery Guarantee
a. Delivery guarantee applies only to orders placed within the promotional period and to locations within the designated delivery areas.
b. Unexpected events outside the company’s control—such as severe weather, courier delays, customs issues, or incorrect delivery information—may affect delivery timelines.
c. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.
d. Customers must accept delivery on orders on or before Friday 29th May 2026.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Standard return and exchange policies apply unless otherwise specified. Any returned items must meet the applicable return criteria.

7. Limitations and Modifications
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time if circumstances arise that prevent proper administration of the offer. Any such changes will not affect confirmed orders.

8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the promotion or any delivery delays outside its control.

GivBax Rewards – ARDEX Promotion Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the GivBax Rewards ARDEX promotion made available through our B2B portal. The promotion is operated by ARDEX Group UK through the GivBax Rewards loyalty programme and is intended to reward eligible trade customers for qualifying purchases of participating ARDEX Group UK products.

1. Eligibility
The GivBax Rewards ARDEX promotion is open to eligible professional trade customers only. It is not available to consumer customers. Participation is subject to the customer meeting the eligibility requirements set out by ARDEX Group UK and GivBax Rewards.

2. How to take part
To start collecting GivBax Rewards points on qualifying ARDEX Group UK purchases, customers must download the GivBax Rewards app and complete the registration process. Once registration has been accepted, customers can upload valid receipts or invoices through the app in accordance with the instructions provided.

3. Qualifying purchases and claims
Points may be awarded for valid purchases of participating ARDEX Group UK products from participating retailers, subject to the GivBax Rewards programme rules. Receipts or invoices must be clear, complete and genuine, and must show the retailer, products purchased, transaction date and relevant purchase details. Claims may only be submitted once and duplicate, altered, incomplete or fraudulent claims may be rejected.

4. Points and rewards
Points are awarded in line with the product point values shown in the GivBax Rewards app at the time of claim. Points have no cash value outside the GivBax Rewards programme and may only be redeemed through the app for available rewards. Rewards are subject to availability and may change from time to time.

5. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration and when submitting claims is accurate, complete and up to date. Customers are also responsible for any tax or accounting obligations that may arise from receiving or redeeming rewards.

6. Programme changes, refusal or removal
ARDEX Group UK and/or GivBax Rewards may refuse, suspend or remove participation where a customer does not meet the eligibility criteria, breaches the programme rules, submits invalid claims or misuses the scheme. The promotion, participating products, points values, rewards and these terms may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time.
